Compass English and Telugu is an Android app developed by Jhoshna media, available for free download on Android 9.0. The app serves as a navigation and orientation tool and displays the directions north, south, east, and west on the compass face using a compass rose. The app also displays markings for angles in degrees in addition to the rose. The north end of the needle is marked with self-luminous materials for reading the compass at night or in poor light conditions. The app uses a magnetized needle or dial inside a capsule filled with a liquid to dampen the movement of the needle, reducing oscillation time and increasing stability.
